Founded in 1982, Zim Development Co. is a privately held company who started in business investing in multi-family properties in the South Florida area. From that time over 40 years ago, we have gone on to purchase, develop, and manage multi-family, retail, hotel and marina properties from Florida to New York. Currently, we own and manage over $27 million dollars worth of investment real estate spanning the East Coast of the United States.

We maintain offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Queensbury, New York and are licensed Real Estate Brokers and Contractors in the State of New York & Florida.
